1. PRICES
- All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- Prices listed on www.summerpots.com.my are valid for up to 14 days from the date of order but may vary during peak seasons or due to changes in flower availability.
Product prices exclude delivery charges. Delivery fees for your selected area can be found in the Delivery Info section of the website.
2. PAYMENT
- Please refer to our Payment Method page for full payment details.
3. PRODUCTS
- All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials with items of equal value without prior notice.
- If we are unable to supply the Product or any suitable substitute, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide a full refund.
- For product customization requests, we will do our best to accommodate. Simple requests (e.g., change of flower color) may be added under “Order Remarks” and will be fulfilled subject to availability.
- For complex or highly customized arrangements, please contact us directly to confirm feasibility.
- Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary due to the handmade nature of floral arrangements and natural variations in flowers.
- Products delivered outside of the Klang Valley (outside KL & Selangor) may be fulfilled by partner florists within the Interflora Network.
4. ORDERS
- When placing an order, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal details, recipient information, and payment details.
- Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or failed deliveries. Please ensure all recipient information and your contact number or email address are correctly provided.
- A minimum purchase of RM80 per order is required for delivery.
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order details and notifying you that your order is being processed.
