Delivery Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)
Delivery is available 7 days a week (excluding Labour Day and Chinese New Year), and yes we offer same day flower delivery.
Same day deliveries order must be received by 12noon (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00).
For order received after 12noon (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise it will be made the next day.
Normal delivery times are 8:30am-5pm (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00) daily for orders going to a office, before 2pm (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00) for orders to a high school and before 6pm (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00) for orders going to a residence, hotel, or hospital.
During major festival seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day delivery times are 8am-8pm (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00) .

Specific Times : We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. You may request a time frame in "order remarks" when ordering.

Sunday/Public Holidays/Festival Seasons
(Eg : Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year) 
Delivery Times : No specific time.

Delivery Outside Klang Valley (Min surcharge Rm60)
Order must be placed at least 3 working days in advance excluding Sunday and Public Holidays, before the desired delivery time. 
The floral arrangements not the same, as we assign associate florists in each particular region to fulfill your orders. We reserve the right not to accept your order when we do not find a suitable florist at your selected outstation area. This is caused by the lack of reliability of the florist at certain outstation areas. 

Delivery for Festival Seasons 
(Eg: Valentine's Day, Mother's day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year)
As festival season is our peak time, we will try our best to accommodate your requests. Kindly place your order at least 2 days in advance for delivery to Klang Valley and 4 days in advance for delivery to outside Klang Valley.

Failed Delivery 

If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.

Re-arrange Delivery 
For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a min charge of RM20 is applicable.
If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items, such as flowers, fruits , cakes and more. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.

Postpone Of Orders
Personalised Gifts can only be accepted if received 48 hours before the intended delivery date. However, Event is required seven (7) days prior to event dates to avoid being charged. 
Orders placed or postpone on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day.

Returns/Refund Policy
Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 12 hours will not be entertained.
Orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made. A voucher, valid for the next 6 months, will instead be issued in lieu of the refund.
